Accounts with Hosting or other applicable fees which are overdue are subject to suspension or termination by eMaineHosting. This applies to all accounts with hosting or other fees that are more than 30 days overdue, including overdue fees for added web pages, JavaScripts, secure forms, shopping carts or other EMH products or services. eMaineHosting will not be responsible for any losses due to clients' non payment of fees.
